The design is guided by a simple vision; to provide a sustainable development which preserves the historic feel of the Lower Town neighbourhood. The Island Harbour Club is of a mixed use, medium density development focusing on street level retail and upper residential condominiums. The ground floor interior courtyard is successful in promoting community interaction by introducing cafés and patio areas within the interior areas. The roof lines steps away from the street as well as decreases in mass towards the rear.
