106 Queen Street

Located in the heart of downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake 106 Queen Street sets precedent for the methodology of dealing with the preservation and reconstruction of heritage sensitive structures. The proposed second floor clerestory light well and the contemporary cubed second floor addition are examples of subtle design decisions that created a composition of design, form and fenestration that honors the traditional heritage and street presence the existing building offered, while incorporating a fresh appearance that transcends 200 years from 1820 – 2018.
